All of our Tenants are stringently vetted, have passed Rent guarantee insurance and are varied, from the executive looking for a Central London penthouses at £2000 per week, right through to the Nursery teacher and bus drivers need for 1-bedroom home in Croydon for £300 per week.
We understand that all Landlords want to secure the best rental price, regardless if you have one buy-to-let property, or a large rental portfolio. This goes without saying, and we do this by delivering the best prices the market has to offer, and by working with our high-end clients, so that together we support our lower level rentals.
